In February 2019, Suzhou Vocational University got invitation from Cafoscari University of Venice, Italy to attend the Gondola Festival. Thirteen students from six colleges in SVU passed the preliminary examination and took a systematic training for nearly half a year. Recently, the team has competed with teams from Italy and Austria on this festival, delivered glad tidings back to Suzhou winning the Third Place on its debut.
